Flue gas and toxicity: comply with 1974 SOLAS IMO 2010 FTP Code Part 2. 5、 Recognised classification society DNV.GL、CCS、EC 6、Packaging and dosage Package:13KG/bag 70bags/pallet Dosage:0.8kg/mm/m2 7、Construction technology 7.1 The steel deck need be rust-protect treatment,it is no oil pollution,dust and other contaminants on the surface. 7.2 Mix stirring evenly the interface agent and water according to the 5:1,brush or roller uniform on the steel deck; 7.3 After the interface agent curing,mix the AC - JII self-leveling deck covering and water according to the 1:0.325,use hand blender or pumping machine (suggest using pumping machine) laying the AC - JII self-leveling deck covering on the steel deck; 7.4 Control the thickness of the deck covering with a serrated scraper ; 7.5 Use a foam roller to remove the air bubbles in the deck covering, and promote the flow of the deck covering. 7.6 After construction of deck covering must be curing 12 hours, after basic dry can walk on it; 8、Note 8.1 After mixing,the deck covering must be finished laying within one hour, if manually stirring must be stirring evenly. 8.2 During the deck covering construction and curing, the environmental temperature should be in 10 ~ 35 ° C.When the temperature above 35 ℃ cooling measures should be taken;When the temperature lower 0 ℃ heat preservation measures should be taken. 8.3 The deck covering should be moistureproof, prevent bask in, and stored in a ventilation environment.Material shelf life is 6 months.
